SIERA Transactions on Computing Systems publishes original research on the design, implementation, and evaluation of computing systems. Topics include distributed and parallel computing, systems architecture, operating systems, cloud and edge infrastructure, and the integration of intelligent components into large-scale systems. The journal welcomes rigorous experimental, theoretical, and systems-building contributions that advance the state of the art.
